The area
 The Bourse Business centre is located at 47 Timber bush, Leith, Edinburgh. (click on Map)
We are situated very close to the Shore, Leith's scenic harbour area. Attractions include the Royal Yacht Britannia, art galleries, fabulous historic buildings including the 18th century Scottish Malt Whisky Society and world class hotels such as Malmaison.
The area has many great coffee shops, restaurants and delis, pubs and Hotels.

The Neighbourhood
Leith is a fast-developing business destination. It attracts many varied companies, particularly those involved in all aspects of creative design and software development.
The offices of the Scottish Executive are a few minutes' walk away
The river frontage from Leith to Newhaven and Granton is currently the subject of a massive waterfront redevelopment plan covering residential and housing provision as well as retail, commercial and leisure aspects. The Ocean Terminal shopping centre, with a rooftop restaurant, shops and a big cinema, is nearby.
Traffic
The Airport is easy accessible ( by car or by bus N.35) and buses, running every 5 minutes will take you almost door to door to Princes Street, Waverly Train Station and the centre of Edinburgh.
